Re: English Football 2015/16

Does anyone know of a way to get tickets for the United v Spurs match on 8/8?

I know it's a long shot with it being the first game of the season etc but any help is appreciated

if you're prepared to pay well over the odds.....

http://www.stubhub.co.uk/manchester-...-2015-9335124/

no idea whether prices may drop / go up.

edit: actually doesn't seem majorly over the odds if the advertised fv is correct.

Like I said in the other thread, my experiences with PBAL have never been anything other than positive and we've had a few bets over the past few seasons. Hope it all gets sorted soon! Especially since I've booked ~$1k of action with him for the new season and I really like my side of it!

Not yet, but I'm going to do it when I freeroll a bunch of people here at some point.

Keep this to yourself though. *taps nose*

This PBAL thing sucks. I hope it gets worked out.

Re: English Football 2015/16

Bandz/Andz the wanker scammed myself, kev and mindfckr - may have done more.

He played in a couple of the things i and others have run throughout the years and had no issue with him sending the money.

His name on stars is Stepovsek so if you ever come across him on stars call him a wanker from me.

Re: English Football 2015/16

Would bet some small amount on PBAL paying up, he often goes longish periods without posting.

@Burns - He is a Liverpool fan.

Das Boot was more just him going AWOL with some tiny gift outstanding, quite clearly not a scam.

BANDZ is just a massive degen and was iirc homeless for a while, people shouldn't have been making big bets with him.

Just out of curiosity, if that action is going to be cancelled isn't it better to do it before a ball is kicked?

I think we're all a bit gun shy on that sort of thing having had to deal with the douchebags in MSNL.

yeah I'm not necessarily worried about it yet, but I guess if PBAL is still incommunicado by next Saturday my best play would be to just cancel it right there and then so as to avoid any risk of a repeat of last season's fun and games.

The whole thing with MSNL was more a conflict of opinions / perspectives than anything else though; I quite enjoyed the interaction! And it all ended amicably enough.

Can anyone who knows Das Boot convince him to come back? Was a quality poster. Same goes for JaredL. I hope they didn't do something drastic like get a life.

It was a conflict of opinions in which one side was trying to ask an honest question and another was deliberately being a big bag of dicks about it. Regardless of who was right and who was wrong, there's no need to act like that.
