Atheism is the norm in Japan. Shinto is more like a set of social rituals for most people, like how visiting your grandfathers grave doesnt mean you're under the impression he can see you.

Belgian beer GOAT. I've already recommended westmalle tripel to you, but if you're really into belgian beers you have to give Chimay, Judas, Corsendonk and Kasteel a try as well. Affligem and Grimbergen if you need belgian session beers as well.

na american beers are hard to come by even in online shops.
germans/austrians are fairly close minded when it comes to beer and oftentimes don't even consider ones from belgium let alone the US so I'm lucky to even get a few good belgian beers in the supermarket now(duvel/karameliet triple/leffe/affligem got added to the assortment fairly recently)
