think of it this way: from this point on, if you accumulate the same percentage of the points in play that you did over the whole of last season (just over 76%) then you end with 72-73 points which, I guess, might be just about enough for 4th (average points for 4th over the last 5 seasons 72.2). But there really isn't any indication whatsoever that Chelsea can somehow get to last years level anytime soon. Then again, no one expected Chelsea to be so **** all of a sudden either so easy come, easy go perhaps.
Not a very rigorous way to look at the situation but, in any case, now is definitely the time to be worried.
Disregarding everything else, Spurs have played very solid football all season and Plop will probably be at least a little bit better than they were under Rodgers so..
