Look at the stats - we have lost one match against Man U at old Trafford in a match where we were the better team and the only goal was an own goal. We've beaten Man City 4-1, our other rivals are Chelsea (lol) plop (lol) Arsenal and United (lol). Going by xG we're the 3rd best team in the league and Spurs have been very unlucky in other matches.
I would be gutted if Spurs didn't finish in the top 4 this season, as IMO we're clearly the 3rd best team in the league, and with a bit of fortune and misfortune to our rivals, we could challenge.
WRT Kane, if he failed to score all season, there would still be an argument to keep him in the team given how hard he works, and the space he makes for the 3 behind him, who are all 10-a-season candidates.
Spurs. Our season will be another we look back on wistfully (or angrily) when Levy fails to bring in a striker again in January, but with Man Utd and Plop in transition and Chelsea regression I don't see how we're going to have a better chance of top 4.

Speaking of Dier, I know I'm high on him, but I don't think you can underestimate how his leadership qualities have helped Spurs push on this season. Something we really lacked last season. It's kinda funny how stressed all Spurs fans at the start of the season about bringing in a CM/DM as we had no cover for Mason and Bentaleb, and now I don't see how either get back in the team.
Considering how WOAT all other English CB's are, Dier/Stones should starters for England.
Hot take: Future England captain.
