Lol forgot how awesome the Mccleish hiring was.
10-25-2015 , 08:04 AM
Should be 0-1 there

I know the obsession with the man is high but why am I reading so much about Mourinho's abilities when 3/4 of the same team he comfortably won the league with last season turned from great to **** ? The players aren't given enough crap imo
10-25-2015 , 08:07 AM
hey he gets the credit when his bunch of 200k/wk blokes win the title so he should get the **** when they finish 15th

The second coming?

Sky's insistence on referring to this game as the "Tyne and Wear or the Wear-Tyne derby" is annoying me way more than it should

Of course not (though it'll either be 3 seasons or 5 seasons).

The hope for a long term manager to follow Fergie was crushed with the performance of Moyes. LVG is (and this never gets stated) carrying out the biggest ever playing personnel overhaul ever attempted at an English top division club. He's laying the groundwork for 35 years of Giggs.

Bye Timmy.

Ruined Stevie's FA Cup Final birthday dream and a gunner at heart. He'll aways be ok in my book.

wont be the first time that someone who thinks they are getting 35 years of giggs ends up merely getting ****ed a few times

LOL. What BAIDS said.

Also, there's a pattern emerging here of his methods not reaping long term rewards. He hasn't seemed to learn from the past at all which certainly gives reason to doubt his managerial abilities in that regard.

We know he's good at getting a team to passionately park the bus for a year or two, beyond that he is just a vile human being and a poor manager.

Yea i see absolutely no narratives and i see plenty of logic in this post.

Fwiw siding with Baids doesn't equal to saying he was a great manager last season and a bad manager this season. it just means that the results are up to the players performance and that he shouldnt be getting much/any praise for last season's success and shouldnt get much/any blame for the on-the-field performances this season and I also agree with that opinion which has the merit of being sensible. Mou really is a polarizing character we either fall in the cult or reverse-cult categories

Having a child with behavioural issues in charge of any expensively assembled squad would be entertaining and cheaper too.
