pulisGOAT winner of the most delusional quote of the pre-season award

Quote:
"Diaby came in, he had his medical yesterday. We've made him an offer and we shall see,” Pulis said.

"The big thing with Abou is getting him fit and having the confidence from the medical team to do that.

"He is a top player and I mean he is a top, top player. We've had a look and we think there are things he can do to improve his chances of playing 30 Premier League games and we're confident we can help him do that.

Hope so, it'd actually be fantastic if Arsenal didn't sign a centre forward due to beating a pub team in a pre season friendly

Reiaby:
The Arsenal medical team don't exactly have the highest reputation but will be interesting to see what they can do. How can he know he's a top top player, last thing I remember him doing was scoring that O.G at OT and hes hardly played since?

would be shocked if utd got anywhere close to the title unless they sign a superstar attacker and run super hot early on(or di maria stays and goats it up)

And even then that superstar attacker would have to be Messi, Ronaldo or Suarez and neither of them are happening.

What DS means is there aren't any stats available. Wait until a week or two into the season and after a team has won 2 games in a row and the stats show they're like amazing. Then is the time to bet them with DS.

What's the pts line for United?
07-25-2015 , 03:27 PM
#MUFC XI: De Gea, Darmian, Jones, Blind, Shaw, Carrick, Schneiderlin, Mata, Young, Memphis, Rooney

LVG did say this would be close to the XI that starts against Spurs
07-25-2015 , 03:27 PM
76.5 per pinny

So di Maria is off? Not sure what to expect from Man U this year. They were rubbish last year but got through. Hopefully this year they are also crap.
07-25-2015 , 03:50 PM
We'll be better than last season, but still not good enough to seriously contend.
07-25-2015 , 03:52 PM
Yeah united ran pretty well last season iirc. Definitely think they will be > pool/spurs but i doubt they'll seriously challenge chelsea/arsenal for the title.
