I think its something like boo (Oo= more like ud say "aww" than the o in cOlor") hhaan, with the HH not entirely silent but almost and u say it from the very back of your throat. I remember trying to find an english word that uses this sound but i dont think there is one. You say it the shampoo, charming, check-way

And right now, from some Bayern feature video; Thomas Mooler

Ron Atkinson's "pet it" for Emmanuel Petit was proper Brits abroad stuff. I shouldn't have been surprised when his opinion of Marcel Desailly got revealed.

Pedro, two more full English over here, por favor.

Calm down, calm down

Spoiler:

A Polish friend of mine blew my mind the other today when he told me Wojciech Szczesny's surname is pronounced something along the lines of Sh-chens-ni.

He's basically just known that no-one in England would be capable of pronouncing his name properly and let us all call him Shesny/Chesny for 5 years without making a fuss.

Don't worry about him, he's from Barcelona.

Very cheeky of Chesny.

The first time I remember the changed pronunciation of a player was with Glenn Hysen for Liverpool in the 80s. Highsun and Hussain.

It's a bit of arrogance from all (obv not all) Brits. Even just learning another language. The attitude is why bother when everyone else speaks English.

It's like when you go a abroad you have Germans speaking to Dutch speaking to Chinese people in fluent English.

Perfect as looking for detailed info on it. Are penalty situations underrated? Ie penalties won. For example, neymar basically winning '0.8 of a goal' on far side of the box with outrageous skills at the weekend. Or does my mind just focus on real events as opposed to potential events in those situations? Also referee dependent.

----

A little frustrated in ikts as there were 2 weeks (think gameweek 3 and 4) where I let computer decide as forgot to submit. Not that I'm better than computer but still. Jake currently crushing.

I know we've been through this before but can someone refresh the LOL American what a -2.25 line in football is? I have a buddy in Israel who is telling me to hammer Porto v. Maccabi today -2.5. My book only has Porto -2 (-120) or -2.25 (+118). I know LOL Yank +100 lines, but that's not my problem. It's the -2.25
10-20-2015 , 10:52 AM
It's a handicap, subtracting that amount of goals from Porto
