they weren't bad last season, just historically unlucky in the first 20 or so games

Can't wait to hear the loltactical narrative fanny makes up when Klopp get's violated. Confident it'll be a good one.

I was also going to lol fanny after we effectively pressed United nearly all game when he has said over and over that Wenger was incapable of having teams do this.

Donkbrit midfielders?

The Klopp not so good narrative going on in opposing fans just makes it better imo
10-08-2015 , 02:37 PM
Oh no, Klopp is good. Pool sucks
10-08-2015 , 02:38 PM
I'm going to wait and see what happens at LFC, but I don't think you can fault people for being happy about the club attracting one of the most sought after managers.

Also, I'd be surprised if Klopp couldn't get better out of people like Lovren.
10-08-2015 , 02:39 PM
I think it's more likely he tries to get rid of players like Lovren then he tries to get better out of them.

Btw in all seriousness, I'd be delighted for Klopp appointment if I was a plopfan. Really like the guy and it will be interesting to see what he can do with adequate funding

Klopp very good but unlikely to be able to overcome lolplop sounds about right.

Also, you may have been the only socialist to have lived in Guildford.

Klopp is good but I doubt he can turn Milner/Lovren into Hummels/Gundogan.
10-08-2015 , 02:44 PM
I'll make sure to have a field day with all the idiots in the "Coaches mean nothing" camp after this season.

u will feel most smug at some point because someone you have previously identified as a managerial guru will run good, bink on a load of transfers, build a great team and win a load of stuff

ofc none the other gurus you identified will pan out but you wont even remember their names by that point

Well no CL final for the current squad then

Yeah, your techniques aren't really anything new, and it's super cute how you set it up so that every possible outcome proves your point. And you might even be able to fool some people with that, too. More power to you if you're satisfied with convincing only the most gullible parts of the demographic, but I'd find that kind of dull if I were you.

To each their own, I guess.

how about you poast a short list of managers that you think are going to significantly outperform their budget over the next 5 years, and then we can langer it one way or another
10-08-2015 , 03:35 PM
In stark contrast to you SN since you convince no one ever.

Not surprising that you think like this, what with you being at the core of aforementioned most gullible demographic.

LÖLbandit

Spoiler:

In the long term, I agree. But for this season, I don't think we have so many options at CB that we can just get rid of Lovren

Not necessary. First of all, I'm not really ever holding back with what I think about coaches and their tactical capabilities, and second of all, no matter their results in any given time span, you'll claim they will have proven your point.

I'll settle with the field day I'll be having with you and your gullible disciples after this season.

Think that's harsh, there's some decent guys there when everyone's fully fit.
10-08-2015 , 03:55 PM
My dad essentially said the same thing just now. "Who cares about Klopp when there isn't a single good player in the LFC squad?"

Think he's being too harsh personally, but it could be down to personal bias, obviously.

Well we already have Coutinho and Sturridge, just need one more.
