so ducksauce is seriously arguing that captaining someone playing away from home is better than captaining someone playing at home against the worst team in the league? does his model know something about sunderland that our eye test doesn't?

Without going into detail he is clearly correct that captaining Sanchez over Martial was correct (did it myself). The contentious point is that he needed to be a **** about it when so many others (20% of the game, at a guess?) did it without being a ****.
