We got 75m for Suarez. We had plenty of money to spend

The difference is that if this squad makes CL somehow, there is no psuedo-suarez that can leave. The squad will stay pretty much the same. And you could add good players to it.
btw, getting klopp in will make a buzz that will attract top-class players to the club.
We are going to be out of the race for 4th after the Everton game.

I do agree though that a better manager with a better reputation will give us the chance to get better quality of players in. As long as we are willing to give them the wage they want.

nope.
the players you want cost 50m+, like at least two of these and another 25m+ defender to boost.

It was your view that we could attract better players with CL. I simply stated that we had CL, had 75m in Suarez money, and ended up with the likes of Lovren, Balotelli, Lambert, etc.

Which players can we attract with top 4 this year?

That was £75m when players cost less. There have been 13 players (according to Wikipedia) that have been transferred for £50m in football history - in more than half of those transfers, the buyer was Read Madrid or Barcelona. They might be the players you want, but buite how Liverpool are meant to get their hands on two of these in one summer, particularly two years ago when players cost less, I have no idea.

I don't think you have to worry. Some Journo came out earlier this week or last and said that FSG have been warned off of him by someone who he worked with.

Given that Chelsea were claiming it should be allowed in February, when they appealed Matic's red card, surely he should be happy.

Grunching but how insurmountable is the ~€50m in euro difference between Arsenal and Pool?

Pool are much closer to Arsenal in spending power than they are to Tottenham if every club is going to be getting even more TV dollars at a roughly equal clip going forward then this gap is even smaller relatively speaking.

I agree with not firing the manager and that Pool's expected finish is ~5th but I'm not seeing why their range is supposed to be 5th-7th on average and not 4th-6th.

Also I think there's a pretty obvious difference between "lol managers, firing Rodgers wont make a difference" as BAIDS says and "lol deluded Plop fans wanting to fire Brentie why can't they just accept their 5th place destiny, and oh btw lol Brentan and his dumb decisions and all the bad transfers Pool have made."
