I've changed my opinion. Only allardyce could do better. But the pool fans will feel above allardyce so he would last around the same as hodgson.

How likely is it that Joe Gomez will start this weekend against Villa?
09-23-2015 , 07:17 PM
Lovren's injury makes it somewhat likely, I think, that it'll be Sakho / Can / Skrtel in a back three with Clyne and Moreno in wingback roles, but who really knows.

I would say unlikely even given that Moreno just played 120 mins. If Rodgers plays 3-4-3 as he has been doing the last couple of games, I don't see how he fits.

That said, who knows? Liverpool lineups are unpredictable especially in the wide positions where seemingly anybody can get a go.

Thank god for Bogdan losing tonight might have genuinely been the end of David Brent.

Who's the fan that wanted plop to lose? Instead they play for two hours only to stay in!

I am still in complete shock over Flamini's second.

Good showing from Gibbs and Ox imo.

that is insane. i would lay the **** out of them. no idea why so many people rate them. they are okay but top half is having a laugh.

them being favs away to stoak seems mental. as does the stoak o/u markt which has them finishing 4th from bottom. i mean they just got bojan back and he's basically coutinho

but as usual when u think the markt is way way way out its almost exclusively u that has the problem
09-23-2015 , 09:59 PM
Eric Dier is ****ing dreadful.

Both goals caused by lazy attempted tackles. Just has no prescience in midfield.
09-23-2015 , 10:11 PM
well players with prescience have an unsporting advantage imo

next thing you know the new prop of talent will be predominantly telekinetic
09-23-2015 , 10:24 PM
Phone wanted him to be telepathic I guess

I vaguely remember when Liverpool was a big club

brief Fan vs Thread F-EPL update:

maintained 100% gameweek record vs TP, only historic TP luckboxing and incredible running under my xSP model prevented lead from being bigger than 50-something.

another note is that soton via $tat$ is not great for the under at current popularly offered odds of 1.75ish and losing at 1.70

they (read SADIO) creating too many chances close to goal. projected edge is like sub 5% in optimal fixtures so gambol away if u really want

Issue with soton is bulk of their chances are from crosses which means they are way lower ev, even in dangerous positions.

Worst case scenario.
-Team plays 120 minutes
-Play badly
-gonna have more games in the pointless cup
-rodgers probably lives another day
09-24-2015 , 01:15 AM
So Flamini scored a brace. Is this real life?
09-24-2015 , 01:49 AM
open play crosses more dangerous than corners

transition crosses more dangerous than "half court" crosses

winger crosses more dangerous than fb crosses

completed forward to forward (i.e. pedro to costa or chadli to kane) most dangerous

etc ceteris paribus
09-24-2015 , 01:49 AM
It might be a small problem that we're six weeks into the season and flamini has more goals than giroud and Sanchez combined but oh well
09-24-2015 , 01:52 AM
sanchez is massively under xSP so i wouldn't worry
