watching arsenal loanee watch and Sanogo, Wellington and Toral all won penalties

first time ive seen wellington and he looked pretty decent although he has like 5% chance of making it at Arsenal..... Toral looks like a player though, 2 assists at the weekend, scores goals as well...

I think Bilic has done well to get to this stage in his life and have as much hair as he's got.

There are a lot of guys in their late 20's-early 30's who have much less.

Yup, and that's another quote for my "things I never thought anyone would say" collection.

It can sit next to "Steven Naismith scores a hat trick as Everton beat Chelsea " on my wall.

Surgery for Wilshere who can't catch a break
Quote:
However ahead of last weekends’ clash v Stoke City Arsene Wenger revealed Wilshere would not be ready because of what he referred to as "a little setback." The specifics and nature of the latest problem were unknown at the time but it has since been revealed that the injury is not healing as expected. The midfielder will require surgery to insert a plate into his leg to help stabilise the bone and to ensure it heals in the correct position. Although there is no definitive timeline on Wilshere’s return early reports suggest a comeback around Christmas along with team mate Tomas Rosicky. Danny Welbeck is another long-term absentee [knee] and the England international should be back in early 2016.

I wonder if Regina Spektor wrote "One More Time With Feeling" with Jack Wilshere in mind.

There's a genuinely heart-warming story on one of the West Ham boards today - on the day after the Premier League clubs pledge to improve disabled access for fans.

And here it is...

Anybody see Karren Brady's Dad last night.....

Parked next to me in the Car Park in a Wheelchair space, over the hash lines and so close to me that I was unable to get out of my car! No one at the club was prepared to do anything about it (Except David Sullivan's Driver) and this on the day that the Premiership went big on doing more regarding Disabled fans.
As far as I can make out, Mr Brady is not disabled.

Haha that's pretty awesome.

Hopefully he gets ****ed for it.
09-15-2015 , 11:50 AM
There's more than one person on the thread about that saying that he isn't a very pleasant individual. Nobody will do anything about it, he'll just get a letter saying how sorry they are and how it won't happen again.

Let the ****s tyres down

Losing to Colchester already, marvellous
09-15-2015 , 03:02 PM
He should just say he was drunk and didn't see that it was a disabled spot.

i used to listen when they were on grantland but got a bit tired of ~everything getting attributed to managerial genius/stupidity. that said its good to see that the subject of managerial hair is finally getting the appropriate amount of attention in the media.

If Marvin Sordell's scoring against you, you know it's time to worry.
