Seriously, I'm just thinking how important it is to lock Klopp
08-30-2015 , 07:26 AM
u not nervous that he just finished 7th in a 2 team league?
08-30-2015 , 07:42 AM
Klopp for Plopp
08-30-2015 , 07:43 AM
A+ kingweed.
08-30-2015 , 07:45 AM
Klopp is a master
08-30-2015 , 07:47 AM
Didn't look like a master last season

Gary Monk OTOH, now there's a wizard
08-30-2015 , 07:50 AM
yeah great managers/coaches living and breathing the sport 24/7 are supposed to be aging quite badly and rapidly. Not this nonsense.
08-30-2015 , 07:50 AM
think monk is a bit out of pool's league

Bit disappointing Brent isn't losing his hair a bit faster - the inevitable weave would be an endless source of amusement.

Great save from Ruddy

I really like Mason, and despite several failures in the final third where either his touch, shooting or vision let him down he didn't hide or stop working for the team. Obviously in an ideal world he isn't a starter, but he is important to the team over the course of a season.

I can 100% see where Son fits into this Spurs team - he might be just a posh Townsend, but we really need that directness in attack with guys willing to get beyond Kane. Alli also does this, and they should both be pushing for starts against Sunderland. We obviously really missed Eriksen, and it was a shame Pritchard didn't get longer.

Next up are Sunderland away, and FK Qarabag at home. We won't get a better chance to fill our boots with goals before 3 tough games (albeit all at home) against Palace, Arse and Man City
Didn't Ramsey look like a midfield goal threat back to when he was 18/19? Like you weren't sure if he was going to pan out to be a star, but you saw the characteristics of it.

I mentioned earlier that I think Spurs are going to be fine but I do have to add that it's based on Pocco getting a lot out of the most central nondescript midfield on earth. You have a bunch of ham and eggers in there.

davis and ward-prowse typical english mids, no idea what to do when receiving the ball but will run forward into pressure!

lollaker

when he got that braindead yellow for delaying the throw in i knew he would regret it. either a sending off or forced to be too timid at a key moment.

From personal experience, twattaker works a lot better.

I don't think we've actually played too bad yet. Looked alright going forward, it's just the left side of our defence is really awful.
