Ideally this is what everyone in the country will now do whenever they encounter Nigel Pearson in a public place

Re: English Football 2015/16
Question for the thread:
How would you coach a team of 20 random guys who have never played football before if you only had one training session before the game? They are playing a team who is under the same conditions.

Re: English Football 2015/16
play like 5-2-3 with your best player as your sweeper, your three fastest dudes as your front three and hoof it 100% of the time - other 7 guys dont cross halfway
*assuming a lot of them are not in any kind of shape to be playing a whole game of football

Re: English Football 2015/16
It would be a 40 minutes games. Im thinking a very narrow 4-4-2.
Goalkeeper is whoever is the best after the practice.
The two forwards consist on the fastest player + the best shooter (whoever wins a shooting drill).
Then two remaining best players as central defender.
Then we work the other 6 players depending on the circustances.
The back 4 can only move within the first 35 yards.
