a) us play a normal 4-4-2 and get destroyed in midfield
b) us play a narrow 4-4-2 and use jay mceveley for width, last seen at centre back watching as we concede three from set pieces

Shelvey is in a tone of space in the middle of the park, waving his hands around. There are 3 Geordies around him that make no effort what so ever to close him down or get near him before he gets the ball. Happening time and time again.
