whoever uses the toilet that marouane services needs to change their diet

just read a twitter rumor that spurs want drinkwater. I'd be kinda down for that.
06-06-2016 , 05:00 PM
That feels more like a Plop signing than a Spurs one. Think we can do better.

With regards to future employment she's fine, maybe financial incentives aren't enough for her personally? :O
Maybe wants full justice for how club / manager treat an employee. Dreadful stuff from chelsea all round this season.
06-06-2016 , 05:40 PM
best guess is that 1.2m is significantly less than what she's gonna end up with at the end of this
06-06-2016 , 05:42 PM
Heard that she was holding out for the 1.2M and another go with JT.

i mean i havent the foggiest about employment law but my sense is that demoting someone who is on £250k/yr for 0 reason (and doing it in a humiliating fashion in public when millions of people are watching) doesnt get sorted out by throwing a million at the problem

guessing she might be able to argue that her employment prospects took a battering due to this episode, which is when we get into oh snap! territory

(full on arsetalkery)

She'll argue that probably but in fact the whole episode could benefit her employment prospects, who knows. Depends on priorities, I don't know what she wants from this trial or her future life.

I don't really care about the money stuff (will check if there is some german in our bloodline) so justice to me is like truth, whereas to others, a few fibs and 10 million is mega justice. So maybe she's holding out for a nice payout, nice doctor job knowing that if gets a little too stressful you can retire safely.

Chances this "issue" gets talked about for so long after if the person in question wasn't an attractive female?
06-06-2016 , 06:00 PM
Oh yea, what about the other guy who lost his job at the same time?
06-06-2016 , 06:05 PM
iirc he accepted his demotion like a bitch and went back to work cos he was too dumb to realise a milion quid payout was available

lol this headline written at the time of the incident which i found when looking for info

Quote:
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's outburst showed he is always brilliant - but not always nice
yep really showed how brilliant he is with this whole episode

he eventually made it back to the bench!

on this - she had her (highly respected, for some god forsaken reason) boss say in public that she had to be banished from the touchline because quote 'if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game'. and then when presented with evidence that actually she did her job correctly, he decided to double down rather than publicly apologise + reinstate

soooo easy to argue that this **** sticks when it comes to future career prospects. no idea what the counterargument would be

Yea it's easy to argue even if possibly not fact because TSO isn't doctor so 'understanding the game' is irrelevant. Maybe new evidence will appear tomorrow showing tso's part time medical degree certificate.

well hes basically saying that this person cannot be trusted to be on the bench during football matches

this is problem when a big part of being a doctor involved in football is sitting on a bench during football matches

even bigger problem when the person saying it is someone with a lot of stature/respect in the industry

even biggerer problem when he doesn't recant despite it turning out that his reasoning was a load of horsebollocks

is there a book deal at the end of it too? chelsea agreement would probably have prevented that.
06-06-2016 , 06:33 PM
Yea he implied that and his reputation carries weight of course, but this episode is making him look so bad, so uninformed too because they went about their business the correct way so I feel his influence is reduced a little but his perceived influence is perfect for them to then say it affects future employment. So I guess they can argue that he presented false verdict on their professional actions in public, leading to false dismissal on top of the verbal abuse plus they can add "maybe tso should refresh him memory on the rules of the game - you know being in charge of all matters related to pitch".

anyway hopefully shes got a great lawyer and jose ends up in prison for 25 years for failing to keep a crossbow in his wagon on sundays or something. we still have laws on the books about that sort of stuff iirc

Still technically legal to shoot a welshman with a crossbow within the grounds of Newport Castle.

Been really wanting to test that one for a long time.

Would love to hear this reasoning

A few but this might be enough:

Quote:
They insisted she had been “offered her job back on more than one occasion”
If true, suggests she has options and can afford to turn down.

How is being offered her old job back at a club standing by the manager who insulted her in the press benefiting her employment prospects
06-06-2016 , 09:41 PM
insulted isnt quite right imo, more like: told everyone she couldn't do her job properly in the press

Yet,

Quote:
They alleged she had agreed to return to work only if her salary was increased from about £280,000 to £400,000
So, if above is true, she was massively ok to go back to this horrible place that offered her a nice six figure salary as long as they offered her an even bigger six figure salary. She's negotiating. People with poor future job prospects don't negotiate. She's in a strong position. She's the victim. She's a she in a sensitive environment with regards to female employment in a high profile case. I'm guessing out of my arse but it seems her prospects are fine as a result of such high profileness. And the great thing is she can play off the opposite scenario just fine.

I predict earning a million a year positioning herself just behind the bald man in Manchester to give the illusion of coverage
