We don't need Milner, Henderson, Drinkwater, Delph and Wheelchair playing for 2 spots either.

1 spot if Rooney drops into midfield.

I agree Walker or Clyne may well miss out, with Dier and Smalling able to cover, but that leaves us very thin at CB.

Hoopie1 from Sevenoaks, chosen specialist subject - the bleeding obvious.

1) We're, er, a bit short on quality at centre-back. I'd be inclined to move Dier back there.
2) We're asking rather a lot for Wheelchair to feature in four or maybe five games in a short period. I'm not too keen on the replacements either.

3 cbs seems a little short too. Clyne used to play LB early in his career so I'd ditch one of either Rose or Bert (by which I mean I'd ditch Rose).
