Realistically any one of Germany, Italy or England depending on performance could be out of the top 3 rankings.
Spain are miles ahead due to strong performances in both the EL and CL. The EL still isn't quite doing it in England, teams would still rather not bother with it. R.K said the other day that saints will take it serious - will be interesting how that'll effect their domestic form.
UEFA give the same points for each competition.
England better start taking EL a little more seriously.

Shorter pre-season and not quite fully fit yet. Makes sense considering how long the season is.

Those that participate regularly in the Europa League aren't the ones that will suffer from the consequences of poor performance there (i.e. the loss of the fourth Big Cup place) - it is the teams that are likely to finish in fourth place in the Premier League.
Guys, I think I'm being cyber-stalked. I know it says that he isn't following me any more but there has been a creepy Irish dude hanging around near my house. I played the national anthem out the window at him the other day and it seemed to move him along though.
Being only team that the premier league bothers to reschedule fixtures in order to aid their European Campaign.
IIRC same happened 02-03 as remember attending a Friday game against them that season.
The Daily Telegraph reports that club doctor Eva Carneiro's place on the Chelsea bench is under threat after the role was significantly changed as part of a backroom shake-up by manager Jose Mourinho.
The paper understands that while Carneiro will remain Chelsea's first-team doctor, she will not attend training sessions, games or enter the hotel and as things stand, she is not expected to be on the bench for Sunday's trip to Manchester City.
Does Mourinho think she went onto the pitch without having been specifically directed to by the referee or something? I mean, either Hazard requested medical attention or the referee demanded it, surely? She didn't just enter the field of play on a whim.
I wasn't happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game
If you go to the pitch to assist a player, then you must be sure that a player has a serious problem. I was sure that Eden didn't have a serious problem. He had a knock and was very tired.
My medical department left me with eight fit outfield players in a counter attack after a set piece and we were worried we didn't have enough players left
