Is the Arsenal early KO still a thing?

Looking forward to the other derby match today.

Time to put the last of the records to bed and beat the Venkys at home for the first time in 38 years.

Don't most bookies price no goalscorer at slightly shorter odds than 0-0 correct score?

Edit: Just checked a couple and Paddy Power do, William Hill don't.

Im fully on the Spurs train. Real long-suffering fan base that could use a win and will make the haters furious. Lester is nice story, but nobody will care in 6 months. Their away ends look like family picnics.

I've never been less confident before a game against Spurs.

Think Giroud is a must today. We'll probably need to go long a lot, because I can't see our midfield being able to play their way out of Spurs' pressing.

If Leicester win the league it'll go down as one of the biggest upsets of all time. Plenty will care in six months time.

Spurs aren't really that long-suffering, there are dozens of other clubs in England that will tell you they have had it worse. They're just ****s, but they just don't register as high on the ****ometer as their nearest and dearest at the Cameldome.

It'll be talked about for years and years.

it'll be a nice and fun story, but few people will feel really strongly about it. it isnt going start a million drunk arguments every friday night.

Yeah wtf at no one caring in 6 months. Do you realise the magnitude of this if Leicester pull it off?
03-05-2016 , 06:47 AM
Dundee 4/1 today v the monkeys, they had the better of the game V Celtic midweek with a severely depleted team and have a manager that won't let his team lie down.

Worth small put lads

I'll be telling my grandkids about how once Leicester won the league.

sure what theyre doing is impressive and extremely unlikely, but there are few people feeling strongly about it.

it actually more or less happened in Denmark 15 years ago. a very small club from a very small town that had never won anything before and never will again won the title. it was nice and fun and a bit annoying for some, but it pretty quickly became just an anecdote because there's no serious emotional attachment one way or the other.

it's a good romantic comedy.

This isn't Denmark.

Daca, I feel for you. You have it the opposite way around. Very few DON'T care about it.

I can't remember talking about a PL Title race as much as this one and the sole reason is because Leicester City are leading the pack.
03-05-2016 , 06:59 AM
I didn't even know they played football in Denmark
03-05-2016 , 07:29 AM
It's such a silly point you can only assume it's a troll.

BTW if you're in Denmark, don't tell them the Barbie Girl song is ****...
03-05-2016 , 07:31 AM
Ighalo will cause Leicester problems today. A goal is guaranteed providing he starts.

19/10 on Willhill (can probably get better elsewhere)
03-05-2016 , 07:34 AM
daca, what are you talking about? Entire Leicester fanbase will care about this forever, and anytime a team that isn't one of the Manchesters, Arsenal, Liverpool or Spurs makes a challenge they'll be constantly compared to Leicester. This will be talked about longer than years to come, this isn't Blackburn spending a ton to win the title, this is unprecedented.

I know it's been brought up before itt but as much **** as I and others give Spurs and their supporters if Leicester weren't in it I'd be behind them.

and they'er also following the latest season of bing bang theory or x-factor or whatev. 6 months from they might even occasionally remember a joke or catch a rerun on tv, but they'll all have moved on.

it'll be nothing like a liverpool title or a spurs title that will strongly annoy or delight people for ages. instead it'll be a pleasant enough thing that happened.
03-05-2016 , 07:37 AM
people still talk about wimbledon winning the fa cup in the 80s

Yeah like the previous ten seasons when a team almost certain to be relegated went on to be leading it with ten games left the next season
