yea objectively speaking its draw > arse >> spuds

but i cant shake the feeling that an arsenal headshot via spuds win will happen to work out best, because altho in theory spuds would have about 45% title equity in this scenario, their true equity might be 0% because spuds

hmmm...don't you think tottenham has easier fixtures coming up? I mean we ride the lolspuds but they are in fact title contenders and serious ones at that

Also I'm thinking but cant remember if there was a bigger NLD in the last years... decade maybe? I mean when it was equally important for both sides.

Arsenal running bad since 2004

BAIDS you're considering the lolspuds but remember lolarse is pretty significant as well, as evidenced this week

How long would we drift if we lost to spuds? we'd be ManCity category right? around 8-9ish?

Also if that did happen I'd think that the madeness levels would be off the charts...like we couldn't measure the butthürt among our fans
Depends what you think wins the PL? 75 points??

Assuming that, Leicester therefore need 6 wins from 10; Spurs 7 from 10; Arsenal 8 from 10 and City 9(+1 draw) from 11.

Current form suggests Arsenal have no chance of 8 from 10. if they lose to Spurs then they need to win 8/9 with Spurs needing 6/9, so I'd say ~10%.

Guess the one at WHL where Walker scored and we went 12 points clear of Arsenal and on course for CL qualification, and then Spursd it up.

damn. even if we manage to win somehow on Saturday...we need to go to Everton, WHU, ManCity (so in theory 6pts of those games (9 if we lose))

and I suppose Sunderland/Norwich won't be a walk in the park either since they are going to fight for every point to keep them up

uhhmmm

Everton fans must be pretty annoyed that they aren't closer to 4th place.

Interesting to note Lester's odds to win the Premier League at America's biggest online sportsbook, Bodog/Bovada..

March 1: +200
March 2: +275
March 3: +165

@thehip

Leicester are scoring last minutes goals to beat Norwich at home and drawing matches vs WBA at home. They will crack.

@elrazor

When we went 2-0 up at the Death Star, we then manage to lose 5-2 and let slip a 13 points 'mind the gap' to Arse.

Then lolsea beat Bayern Munich in their own stadium and won the CL.

Everton are huge favourites to beat West Ham at Goodison Park.

4/1 odds are being offered on West Ham to win..that seems like that might be a play..

RB Leipzig close to winning their first major honour. Damn plastic clubs.
03-03-2016 , 12:06 PM
If Großaspach win the 3. Liga, is that a major honour, too?

Der model doesn't like Leicester because their underlying xG numbers are much worse than Spurs.

What were the scenes on here when Buyern lost to lolsea in their own back yard? Maybe I should just quote some post from back then for the sake of Sugar Nut and David Aidsaba

We have a horrendous record at goodison and lukaku always scores against us. Having said that we are taking a much better side there than we usually do. 4/1 does seem rather long

Glad that 1860 and F95 can start contending for major honours again soon

Most of our fans are pretty annoyed whenever Ross Barkley shoots from outside the box and doesn't score a worldie, so yeah.

I'm frustrated that our performances haven't converted into enough points this season, but I'm pretty happy with how we've played for the most part. A few leaks have cost us big.
03-03-2016 , 12:36 PM
Tbf I'm annoyed whenever a player shoots from outside the box pretty much, no matter who. Only binking one calms me.
03-03-2016 , 12:38 PM
ye so -ev vs professional keepers
love how the commentator yesterday portrayed the "arsenal take the 3rd least shots from outside of the box" as a negative lol
03-03-2016 , 12:50 PM
While eyes show a decrease in long range shooting over the last few years (part tactical as well, players didn't use to close down space as well so shooter had more time to process shot), the best players are still taking long shots, no? Haven't got anything to back this up, just asking.
03-03-2016 , 12:59 PM
Mic Check/Lost Ostrich, do you think the new ownership $$$ will make a big improvement in points next season?

correct if
-isolated alone up top not only due to the lack of better options but also no danger of inducing counter attacks with a lot of space behind.
-not shooting and possibly giving the ball away would result in dangerous counter(this is the case on set-pieces a lot where a lot of players are committed ahead of the ball)

otherwise pretty much never tbh

They outplayed City at City then we're getting the better of Arsenal at Arsenal before conceding a last min goal.

Most of the other teams are showing more cracks than Leicester bar maybe Spurs but they showed us on Wed they may end up ****ting a brick. As much as you's all want Leicester to crack you may accept the fact that your gonna have to go on an amazing run to beat them to the title.
