yah the epicaricacy was very strong within his soul. Now it's slightly diminished, but it hasn't left him, and it will always be somewhere within him.

Hate/schaudefreude will clearly always be better motivators for fans of the majority of clubs, since they spend most of their time not winning anything. In order to deflect from that, you really need to enjoy the bad **** that happens to other clubs.

For example, see the goal below. After you've marvelled at the sheer Allardycian genius of it, the best thing about it was the injustice of it all. I enjoyed the Millwall wailing far more than the goal itself. Plus, I've always said that keepers are far too protected.

If there was no schadenfreude this thread would contain about 10% of the posts it does now and they'd all be about xG

I remember Frank Skinner saying that his favourite moment in football ever was a Wolves fan falling through the roof that he was standing on at (I think) an FA Cup game, because being a West Brom fan was so miserable that he'd never had anything to celebrate.

Hmm you're right. I guess paint game was pretty tame? But even then a lot of them were 'lol at this dumb player/team'

Ahh, I wondered what the practical use of xG was.

We're gonna get like 8 games out of Sturridge in a row, go on a nice run, win a bunch of games that don't impact the table and when it's far too late, then be optimistic going into next year with Sturridge as our main striker only for history to repeat itself

It's like a cycle isn't it? There should be a name for it.

Yeah, but you also said that you'd finish in the top 1% of FPL, so we all know how accurate your predictions are.

I've a prediction......the bird going into court by Johnson's side is a dirty ****ing whorebag.

I know money but why would she do that? Not just stick with him but staying at home rather than parading around with him at court????
02-15-2016 , 11:31 AM
wrong tp, i proposed that my x-finish was ~1% at roughly >50% probability

Just googled. She's fit and doesn't look like a total nutjob. The female race sure is puzzling

simple economics, supply of eligible pl footballers on senior squad member salaries is far smaller than the demand of them by so called fit unnutty women

like heres the thing, to you and me adam johnson is a bit of a scrub but to all normal women "he plays football" and he takes home like 60k usd a week and played for england and has no beer belly aka a massive massive brag

Schadenfreude is an integral part of football fandom. While I agree that hoopie can be a made ****, mocking him for his schadenfreude is LÖL, and is probably coming from people (probably muricans, too) who entered the world of football fandom during the last decade. Probably also of the same PC ilk that wanted to ban the Mehicans yelling OOOOOOHHHHHhhhhhhh PUUUTOOOOOO!!!! during the 2014 World Cup.
