Mike Ashley and The True Geordie would make a better central defensive pairing

I've been told Gabriel's injured so Mert starts. Not sure if that's common knowledge though?

The way McClaren speaks is so ******g tilting. What's the deal with him. I don't remember him being that bad a communicator last time round - didn't see any of his interviews at Derby.

One more win and play kids for rest of season. Good performance but doesn't really say much in how we'll do against PSG this week.

Lol at Mike Ashley backing McClaren and not Alain Pardieu

wp chelsea - back in front and probably going to be safe for the season again

last time Newcastle won away against a decent team (i.e. not Spurs (3 in a row lol) or Moyes' Utd) was probably against Chelsea 4 years ago when Cisse scored that peach. even then, Chelsea were ****e in the league.

so I'm saying Arsenal in November 2010

before that (and excluding Spurs) would be Arsenal in December 2001

call me sad but I'm actually laughing at the amount of wins Newcastle have against Spurs but no one else decent (Utd, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal) over the past 15 years

lol non chelsea bankerers today
He'd get more money in his pocket, more spending power, manage at an elite football club, basically everything he has at Spurs only multiple times bigger. I know as a fan of the club he currently manages it sucks but if we want him we will more than likely get him.

34 shots on goal is the second most amount of shots on goal for a losing team in the history of PL.

Spoiler:
Arsenal had 36 shots at goal and still manage to lose to West Ham in 2007

If we contrive to not make champions league then I think it is obvious. But if we got 5th nobody would want him anymore so perhaps a moot point.

I guess in the end it just depends how many sacks full of cash they offer and how many we are willing to counter with.

I'm not sure why we are even discussing this anyway, it is 100% Mourinho.

But then 12 years ago Spurs were so bad they finished 45 points behind Arsenal. Meanwhile, Newcastle spunked a small fortune, won nothing, went busto, got relegated and are still rubbish which is also pretty funny.

Hey, lets not get all pissy every time someone says someone beat some team that you like in some competition at some point in time.
