I mean, I'm still enraged by the two studs-first-seen-red-given-for-it-albeit-harsh fouls within TWO minutes by Kießling against us two weeks ago. Not booked both of them (although free kick was given, meaning Kircher (the ****) saw the fouls), because they happened early in the first half.

Temperature of the Game my ass.

It might depend on whether he gets found guilty on the charges he's fighting. There is literally no chance he goes to prison for what he's admitted to thus far.
