Yea I came across this forum by googling for an IKTS money league. Wasn't allowed to play my first season. Stayed and posted and have come to really really enjoy this forum and the majority of the people who post here. Really good community and the opportunity to call people on their **** and make (in my case very small) wagers on stuff adds to the enjoyment. But all that aside I'm very grateful for having found this place. $20 ITKS ftw. (I'm 0 for 2 in IKTS to date on 2+2 )

LFC I objected to you taking part and I think it's pretty fair to not allow someone whose actively searching for money leagues and never posted ITT. It's a bit of banter and regs only. IIRC you've been close to winning.

I'll join the 20 dollar FF league. Will send shortly. I also suck at FF. But it's a good laugh that I care about for like 3 weeks til I'm 100 of first.

Yea I don't disagree and I completely understood. Think I was close my first season, but bottom half last season. I was with a group of friends that did a $5 one every year and stopped. I'm not an IKTS ringer or anything. If there was like a $500 IKTS I wouldn't join.

I don't think I'd have ~3,000 posts in 3 years if I was only here for a $20 IKTS comp. I think most would consider me a regular now. Maybe not. I'll try to post even more this season if that's the case. I've also donated to FPL, 12x, EPL LMS, NFL LMS, CL IKTS, and probably some others I can't think of since joining. I've yet to win one.

Not sure if you have a problem with my still being here and participating in IKTS, but like I said, that's just what led me here and I've come to really enjoy the forum since. Just another know-nothing football fan though. Am I the only non-poker player here?

Pretty sure the vast majority don't play much poker nowadays. I still play occassionally but very rarely.

I think that came off the wrong way. My point was just that there are $50 $200 and $500 leagues available so if you were deemed not a reg then you could easily go play those. IKTS is a bit different in that the reg one is the only available. FPL especially you can put a ton of time and research into and get a real edge. So if I was playing the $500, $200, and $50, why not just play the lol $20 too and win that?

In the end, I guess I don't really care and shouldn't have said anything, especially since I'm not even playing (though would for a laugh if it were h2h )

The lack of business this season surely means we are lining up a new stadium dreckly.

However that said, ignoring depth and thinking of purely adding to the starting 11 its hard to think of many names we should have been in for.

Its easy to say we need to strengthen X and Y but ignoring bench depth the list of available names suitable to replace any of our main squad is pretty meager, especially for the positions we most need to reinforce, striker and CB.
