If both teams play like they have been doing over the last few weeks, it'll be an easy Burnley win. Derby have been awful their last few games whereas we've had three away wins in a row and scored 14 goals in our last 5 games.

If we're going to make a push for automatic promotion, these are the games we need to win. I also can't remember the last time Derby beat Burnley.

Could be a draw, I suppose, but I wouldn't pick anything but a Burnley win.

I'm really looking forward to it.

True. What does a doctorate mean anyway when you can get wanked off by regs on here?

city's main problem is yaya btw, with de bruyne/silva/sterling/aguero they would probably be walking the league if it wasn't for yaya ****ing up the balance of the team time and time again

The dry bumming he got for our first goal was a joy to behold. Assuming that was him and I'm not going all David Gold.

I would love to see City send a truck full of money to Turim and bring Pogba in a cage.
Will Pep try to take Thiago with him? They look like they love each other.

I don't watch city too often, but Fernandinho has to be pretty damn good if he can play in a midfield 2 with Yaya, while not really being a DM himself.

Correct, Fernandinho is pretty damn good

Fernandinho is legit. I'll be pretty ****ing livid if City pick up Pogba despite us crying out for a player in his mould for years. Hopefully Yaya has a fat contract and becomes there Rooney.

In Portugal, every newspaper keeps talking about a big bid coming from Man Utd for Benfica's new midfielder wonder kid Renato Sanchez.
He does look like a young and capable version of Yaya, but it's waaaaay too soon to tell. Much cheaper than Pogba even tough he has an 80m release clause.

Can you throw Gaitan in as part of the deal?

As long as you don't hold me responsible if we don't win

I thought he was never leaving when the transfer didn't happen this past summer (getting old and stuff).
But looking at United, he's probably worth more now and he isn't even playing. He will put the rest of the team in a back pack, take them to CL semis because we're getting Chelsea in the quarters and boom, 80m for Gaitan + Renato.

I saw some sky sports thing where they were calling Dele already the best attacking MF in England, blah blah blah. Dele has a chance to be a real monster in a few years but his season for spurs has had tons of potholes, he shows his inexperience all the time and he's super inconsistent. Potential is through the roof and season has obv been runaway success, but in the short-term I wish pundit dudes would chill. Alli clearly has professional mentality/presence though, and if Eriksen had Alli's grrr then he'd be 10x scarier

and last year i heard that Barkley was the most talented young MF in the world
01-25-2016 , 03:19 PM
both true afaik

I think that is patently false. The sense of righteousness for Arsenal would last for years. At least if we won we wouldn't be expecting to have an invincible season and ship it again. And for a neutral of the thread you should always favor a team with fewer posters if your team doesn't ship it. That is why I typically hope city wins now. We have basically zero city posters of note since D**t**b**ce. I mean, if Arsenal won I bet we'd end up with O$ki up in here again.
I'd cheer for an Arse title win if this was true.

Yeah that was Yaya standing still.

Personally I'd play him much further forward with at least one DM behind him, Silva-KdB-Sterling-whoever* can be rearranged around him. Think he is wasted otherwise.

* would never be Delph.

Might as well just call the manager "nonce cap" and be done with it.

Also, Richard Keys still seems a little salty. It has been five years, Richard. FIVE ****ING YEARS. It's almost as bad as that **** Adele still chuntering on about some ex or another.

Jack Wheelchair gotta be in that team though(when fit that is which is never). Barkley and alli are too similar, most likely play together like lamps and slippy G did.

Wilshere and Sturridge are not in my squad as I can't rely on players to get of a plane without breaking a leg or pulling a muscle therefore they were not considered for selection.
