Then they hurl abuse at games when some player doesn't appear to have the same lung capacity as Superman. Amusing to hear at times, tedious at others. Only have to watch the pre match warm up to realise shooting and scoring isn't so simple. And then consider there are opponents trying to stop these simple shots in a real match.

xG has a lot of issues in terms of accuracy and certainly flawed but eventually you learn that not everything requires pure accuracy to give a decent overall picture of things. For example, I think talent aspect needs some work - it' can't just a case of 'bad finishing' as a conclusion - some teams just don't have good players in those spots.
