English Football 2015-16 - Leicester City won the league English Football 2015-16 - Leicester City won the league

Bandit needs Utd to outscore Everton by exactly 1pt per game for the rest of the season to tie our $500 handicap bet. I like my side, but only just given Everton's propensity to turn 3pts into 1 and Utd's ability to turn 0 into 1 or 3.

Lol united. Lei and spurs are fans over united I imagine.
01-17-2016 , 09:01 PM
Spurs 1.63<-->1.66
Leicester 1.96<-->2.00

Gonna need a DuckSauce model confirmation but I think at this point it's Corner > Penalty for Liverpool opponents
01-17-2016 , 09:35 PM
Pool run awful but also aren't very good offensively. Too many low ev shots.

utd cannot be faves to top 4 surely, that cant be real. They are worse than all the teams above them.

Edit: Maybe not Leicester idk haven't watched enough of them, but Leicester have 7 points on them.

We are 7pts off 1st

Unreal. Feels like we should be 25pts back.

Please watch that game again and remember that that was basically utds best side where we were missing our best 2 players.

THAT WAS THEIR BEST SIDE

You're not serious are you? We started with our 3rd choice right-back; 4th choice left back and 3rd choice Centre Mid.

Avoided winding up order and Ameobi out, today was a good day

really like the look of iwobi, fantastic close control and really quick & intelligent with his movement&passing(doesn't dwell on the ball)

People expect professionals to do things easily, sometimes expecting them to complete actions that are not humanly possible. Then they hurl abuse at games when some player doesn't appear to have the same lung capacity as Superman. Amusing to hear at times, tedious at others. Only have to watch the pre match warm up to realise shooting and scoring isn't so simple. And then consider there are opponents trying to stop these simple shots in a real match.
Costa's goal got to be a 1.0.
xG has a lot of issues in terms of accuracy and certainly flawed but eventually you learn that not everything requires pure accuracy to give a decent overall picture of things. For example, I think talent aspect needs some work - it' can't just a case of 'bad finishing' as a conclusion - some teams just don't have good players in those spots.

How?

Never mind, just googled it.

It's been postponed a month.

Yup, so just delaying inevitable it seems. Wonder if those US Powerball winners want a football club

We are going to finish between 6th and 8th position. Hopefully, we'll be able to finish high enough to get back into Europa League again next year.

Maybe the proposed sale to Dean Holdsworth's consortium will go through.

The decline of Bolton has been amazing. If only fatshaft was still around to experience it with us.

Read on another forum that since Klopp took over, Liverpool have created the most chances and taken the most shots of any team in the league.

That can't be right, can it?

Might be true. It's the quality of our chances that is the problem. A quick search shows we are 2nd in shots to city and 4th in 'danger zone shots' behind Arsenal, City and Soton.

Nic, posts itt have been on rawk level recently.

I'll back United > Plop for up to £1k if you are so confident - escrow will be required though.

He's obviously going to wait for next year, which will be their year. You guys just wait until Pool get some 'Klopp' players.

Recently? Where have you been for the last couple of years.

I'm fairly confident Nic won't be taking this bet.

This + too many chances created for Adam Lallana to finish

My current understanding is that Nic is deliberately parodying the posting style of a deluded plop fan, as opposed to actually thinking any of the stuff he posts. At least I hope that's the case!
