I have no problem with the Rio ban - my problem lies with the inconsistencies surrounding the whole drug issue. Sometimes the FA just don't help themselves but that's been the case for yonks.

Right, working week done and I'm off tomorrow to watch a couple of Bundesliga games including little pea on debut. Hopefully my Leverkusen contact knows somewhere I can lolplop on Saturday

so much this. I've even gone so far as to bet the draw so as to improve the chances of a positive result and the ensuing popcorn.

hope thats not my tenner you're punting

would plop really go into that big of a meltdown? they're not favorites and arent and shouldnt be expected to win away at man utd. they were expected to drop points at stoke and got 3 points and got a good point at the emirates. obviously the result against whu (and not only the result) sucked balls but 7 points out of 15 with this tough away schedule (stoke, arsenal, man utd) is pbly around expectation.

next two home games against norwich and i dont remember who are the better candidates to bring meltdown

0-0 snooze fest is ideal for meltdowns

you're forgetting that most Liverpool fans are whining babies with very low IQs

Sounds like Ings might start Saturday.

I'm for the Beer Fest in a couple of weeks - gonna car bomb sugarnut but don't tell him obv

I expect a highly competitive draw. It's man utd away if were not competitive then Rodgers out will start to pick up steam. This is a bigger game for Liverpool than it is for utd.

Might not be bad idea tbh. His energy and general play with benteke (limited) has been quite Good. I personally would go with ibe. Bigger threat on the break and with manu likely to have the vast majority of possession his pace will be needed to push the wing backs back. I would also play Moreno over Gomez and sakho over lovren.
