How so? The reason everyone is so optimistic this season is because nearly everybody is fit coming into the season + Cech. If they lose 3/4 midfielders, especially if one is a coq, could easily be a lot of trouble and frustration again.

Someone asked about Villa, after Burrns post can't really add much. It's really hard to say how things are going to go for us with all the new faces and SherGoat factor. I'd happily take a 12th with no sweats post March.

Just had a look at their squad, they seem paperthin, especially in defence. I'd guess something like Howard; Coleman, Baines, Stones, Jagielka; Barry, McCarthy, Barkley; Naismith, Deulofeu, Lukaku. That's assuming everyone's fit, and Mirallas is in the doghouse.

Baines seems ok, Deuleufeu won't be risked though so Mirallas prob starts. Also now there's a doubt about Lukaku so Kone may have to be given a shot.
