Anyways I don't know if you can compare those 2 teams to Real-Chelsea where you have unlimited funds and still your main weapon is deadly boring bus parking...
That you cant compare them is exactly the point when trying to construct a monolithic narrative.

I feel like i got pretty unlucky. The bet was O15 points over the fixtures vs Plop, Man Utd, Man City and Arsenal (Got 20/24 points in those fixtures the season before).

Ended up with 5 draws and 3 wins for a total of 14 points. RVP had that last minute equalizer at OT, Lampard that late equalizer at the ethiad then Chelsea also gave up a lead at home vs Liverpool (when season was over), vs City and played for the draw at arsenal.

jose's CL record looks great if you ignore the 8 years & 0 finals with unlimited cash clubs (not classing inter as unlimited cash even tho they nearly bankrupted themselves when jose was there)

anyway as far as career highlights go, FSW winning two titles with valencia and then winning the CL with pool is more impressive imo. may explain why rafa has the real job while jose is stuck at chelsea

Thanks for the history BAIDS. I've read this thread for a couple of years but not closely enough to identify these dynamics. If it's ok, I'd still like to be in the hater cult. I see it in a similar way to my support of the Labour party. I can't agree with all of its stances and policies but at its eseence, it's the party for me.

no idea whether prices may drop / go up.

edit: actually doesn't seem majorly over the odds if the advertised fv is correct.

What odds would you think are reasonable for Jose to go back to RM in the next 5 years?
07-29-2015 , 09:28 AM
As part of the cult apologist i'm looking to give away free money by betting on the bus parkers Chelseamen to score more PL goals than any team not named Manchester City this season. expecting lots of interest
07-29-2015 , 09:33 AM
in for the against machine for a 100$
07-29-2015 , 09:34 AM
Also looking to bet most PL goals : I have Lukaku you can have anyone not named Aguero, Costa, Hazard, Kane, Rooney or Alexis.

think he's burned his bridges

will be interesting to see how long he can stand managing in the PL now that his club is on a merely equal financial footing with 2 other clubs, plus arse not too far behind. i reckon he'll tough it out for another 2 or 3 years and then run off to psg or bayern

btw if he wins 3 of the next 4 PL titles or something then i promise to briefly consider the possibility that jose adds a ton of value as manager (before dismissing it as a stupid theory and chalking it up to variance). and you can quote me on that.

the group of fine upstanding gentlemen who properly understand joses value adding qualities or lack thereof club has a £3 yearly membership fee which entitles you to vote in club leadership contests, although we reserve the right to vet you thoroughly as we must protect against entryism.

Pretty sure you said winning it last season would make you re evaluate, or at least it would be his "hardest challenge".

Challenge crushed.

Some RM fan is offering me evens on Jose going back to RM in 5 years, its a pure internet bravado bet unfortunately.
07-29-2015 , 09:43 AM
I'd set up a rival cult where we think he's talented but still a ****, but I don't want to carve up the vote. We all think he's a **** and that's the main thing. We should be one cult behind that main ethos and take votes on other issues.

So I'm in. Unfortunately you won't find any terrorist skills in your vetting of me. All I can offer the cult is barbed derision of Mourinho's character. I am quite creative with four letter words and don't mind stooping to his level. Every little helps, right?
07-29-2015 , 09:43 AM
I thought the bet was field vs Chelsea and field vs lukaku minus teams and players specified. Looks way worse off you have to pick someone

yes rationalising one title and one mickey mouse in two years since taking over is giving me a lot of problems

meanwhile that useless **** pellegrini needs to be replaced
07-29-2015 , 09:56 AM
How can he be useless?

His being useless contradicts Baids theorem.

ok so windows 10 just automatically downloaded without me even noticing, are there any possible downsides to it? like pokertracker not working anymore or sth like that?
