I mean, this is definitely not alright so feel free to delete/ban but I must admit I chuckled like a goon at this.

No but I'd imagine he's paying the queen or David Cameron or England a % of his wages via taxes

So in fact they take his money.

without colonialism we wouldn't have had a mountain of well educated rich bored posh blokes with not very much to do, those blokes wouldn't have spent their time codifying sports, the fa would never have been formed and the responsibility for setting up professional football leagues would've fallen to other european nations. germany were too busy getting ready for world wars, france was too busy getting ready to surrender in world wars, and the spanish and italians were getting ready for a siesta. football would still be played on an amateur basis today and james mcclean would be a potato farmer earning £6.50/hr.

There's a pretty big difference between a quenelle and turning your back on an anthem though

Yep no politics from the players, but we'll suffer as much politics from the ****s in charge of the game as they want to stuff down our throats.

Well done James lad.

Vlaar out for months with knee problems/surgery...damn Villa is sucking juicy camel balls these days/decades

Using my pre season 'real deal' on Pools Joe Gomez. Never heard of him when we signed him but from what I've seen so far he looks ****ing brilliant.

It isn't Villa's problem, he's out of contract. It must suck to get a nasty injury and have to pay for your own treatment and then have four months where you don't have the standard 25 large arrive in your bank account each week.
07-20-2015 , 06:19 AM
Damn. That is rough...I thought he signed a new contract for a year. Guess that didn't happen/woN't happen now. Given his age/injury I guess it is back to the Eredivise or off to the MLS/Arabs when he gets back

Is there any chance of him getting regular games this season?

Likewise, just as the English press want passion from players in the Premier League at a time commercialism is stripping the soul out of the modern game, McClean is criticised for showing his.
LOL. Wanted to stop reading after this line but carried on anyways. Rest of the blog post just reads like the writer trying to shoehorn his new favorite word 'jingoism' into a wall of text.
