Anyone here actually still play live games that can recommend decent decks? We've gone through far too many decks that are advertised/reviewed as being decent but end up being marked/damaged/sticky very quickly, think the last good pack we had were ones someone brought back from the Aria

So there's Sterling and Delph gone for around £60m. Stones likely to go for £30m. That's £90m on 3 players! England gonna win the Euros!

just buy a bunch of cheaps decks and swap regularly

We bought some copags earlier and they were awful, just kept sticking to each other, could just have bought some fakes or a crap batch I guess. Have played with kems previously back in '02 or something but I think they got bought out and have dropped in quality since then

Why in the world would anyone play a friendly with a Mexican team? So many rash tackles already in 1 half

I heard a few whisperings last year that Sturridge's injuries have taken a strong toll on his mental game too. A few times last season he chose not to play despite being selected and deemed fit by the medical staff, so scared was he of not picking up a further injury.

It's a massive shame because he was world class in 13/14 and, big if, if he was fit last season we probably would have been favourites to squeeze into the top four. At this point I think a lot of Liverpool fans are approaching his health with a freeroll mentality - that is, we're not expecting him to be fit for much of the season and we have to legislate for that, but it'll be a massive bonus is he is.

Always liked J Design cards when I was hosting home games. The home poker sub has a big review of decks that's a good resource, too.

Heard it on the Anfield Wrap podcast multiple times, can't remember who said it but it was a solid source - I think someone from the club may have said it, although maybe not in those words. The main point is that he won't play unless he feels he's 100%.

Spurs obviously getting moneyball by playing lots of so-so English players and hoping City/Pool spunk £30m+ on them.
