Actually in game 1 vs packers the way he handled their last offensive possession was awful. He's been ultra conservative and bad from the jump.

Real sweet play calling by Kyle Shanahan. 2nd & 3 at midfield. Packers have ZERO timeouts. Game is TIED. 1:20ish left.

They go PASS & DEEP BALL for a TD in a TIE GAME. Interception. Would've ended up punting anyway. Packers drive the field for game winning field goal.

Run the ****ing ball on 2nd down. burn the clock at least. You only need a field goal you clown

So there has to be some sort of mandate by the league that when you're down 3 late you are not allowed to try and win the game right? Dak converted a pass to the 40 with 1 timeout and 45 seconds left, Garrett chose to line up and run another play, completed the pass over the middle, lined up and spiked it. The combo of those two plays took 35 of the 45 seconds, now there's not even use for your timeout, well actually that's not true because Garrett called a draw, settled for the 47 yard fg and his kicker promptly missed.

Garrett running a draw and using his timeout so that he could settle for a 47 yard attempt instead of attempting to a) throw the ball in the end zone or b) get a dozen yards and make it a higher % kick is bad. Of course the talking points will just focus on the kicker missing and not question him.

Marvin Lewis punted 4 times in the first half, all in marginable spots (between 3 and 9 yards and around midfield), and all before his team got blown out. You’re willingly giving the ball back to Mahomes and the Chiefs offense - not playing aggressively is actively hurting your teams chances.
