So there has to be some sort of mandate by the league that when you're down 3 late you are not allowed to try and win the game right? Dak converted a pass to the 40 with 1 timeout and 45 seconds left, Garrett chose to line up and run another play, completed the pass over the middle, lined up and spiked it. The combo of those two plays took 35 of the 45 seconds, now there's not even use for your timeout, well actually that's not true because Garrett called a draw, settled for the 47 yard fg and his kicker promptly missed.
