i'm probably just old and bitter but i dont recall any of the great teams of the past being quite so effusive in their congratulations of an opposing player who just got out as nz were with iyer and (especially) kohli. perfunctory handshake from the captain should be more than enough. save the love fest for after the game imo

It’s so disappointing that NZ bowled and fielded so poorly. They are 2/151 and would be some chance if they were chasing 350 rather than 400.

Current RRR is 9.5.

None of the Indian bowlers are conceding 7rpo. That’s not great for NZ when they’re chasing 8rpo from ball 1 of the innings.

RRR now over 12 rpo, 14 overs left.
