Huge day for England here, I think they need a lead of at least 50 to be comfortable going into the second innings.

Yah, one of the worst series I've ever seen England play, and I watched them all throughout the nineties.

I went to sleep during Lunch, when Younis and Azhar were a combined 2 from 33 balls and I wake up to 222/2? Lol England...

Why the interest in cricket?

Lived abroad?

----

Today saw the first wicketless session of the entire series

Pak may as well declare now to get this shower over with.

Yet to score over 200 in 5 innings o_0

Spent some time in AUS, picked it up there.

Pakistan may as well build a lead of 350 (if they can), it's not like they're pressed for time

We won't score above 150 in our second Inns

I hope Australia get white-washed in a series, and then I'll be happy. Atleast England fans know how we felt.

Because we're playing Pakistan in Dubai, it's not making the headlines as it should.

I'd care a lot more if we were beat in this fashion by SA/Aus/Ind

In other news we drew India 1-1 in the 20/20 series

Not that I give a ****.

We got destoryed last ashes and that was horrible enough, I dont think I could take being on the wrong end of a white wash.

Test crickets pretty interesting atm cause everyones bad. England, SA, Aus and India (at home obv) are at about the same level. I dont get SA though, in terms of the talent they have they should be the clear no1 side yet they suck

Nice . I always saw your posts and your jersey location and thought you might be Indian but never saw you rooting for us. Didn't think a yank would be as involved with cricket as you are.

Good to have you, and we gotta stick together in HP4 since I'll be flying of the seat of my pants...

Since people who follow other leagues posts here, I'll ask this. Is BCCI's tiebreaker **** legal?. Is it used in any other league?. Seems like the most blatent cash grab I've ever seen.

This is how it works, there is a spending cap on teams, so multiple teams came into this years' auction with $2m cap.

2 teams bid cap on Jadeja. They then enter a tiebreaker and say how much they'd want Jadeja for if they weren't restricted. Chennai says $6m, beats the other team and gets him. $2m goes to Jadeja and $4m goes to the BCCI, WAT?

This is the second time this has happened..

I mean BCCI seems to do a whole lot of ****ty stuff, which is prolly why Sahara has left them as a sponsor. They make a **** ton off of transfers alone, which is why they have it so often. They also made a lot of money off of the demise of Kochi. Ie if one player has a preexisting contract for 900k, and he goes on the market and a team buys him for 2m, BCCI gets the 1.1m (I believe this happened w/Jadeja as well.)
