Didn't bet on/watch the match but I always love it when the english embarrass themselves.

I've also said that Calum MacLeod was the worst batman in professional cricket, with regards to technique - especially on the 4th stump channel (25.82 First Class average) but maybe I was wrong

He was already there pre-ball tempering and I already have raised doubts about his involvement in that (given the keeper is involved in everything) so **** him - make Finch the captain ffs and even give the gloves to him if you don't want to select another keeper but I am sick of this bull**** - we aren't playing in the 80s anymore where first names are going off on some rebel tour. It's about varying conditions though - slightly different conditions from game to game is one great aspect of the game. For instance, teams should play no more than 15% of their games against Australia imo otherwise it's just too easy for the batters.

Our second string bowlers are woeful - where the hell were Starc, Hazelwood and Cummins? And I'm just not seeing why Lyon can't play - I mean how many all-rounders do we need - Stonis and Maxwell should be enough (yes Maxwell can bowl in my team). So no Agar but because Justin Langer is now the coach he gets picked (along with S Marsh who I guess stays around for another 20 matches because of that century he scored).

No bets on the womens games today for me. I like RSA a lot so I would've lost anyway.

I think it is now beyond dispute that womens cricket is the doyen of sports so, in tribute, I have compiled a list of the 5 sexiest players (imo)

After the football today, I just realise how amazing an England v south Africa final would be at a cricket world cup, two perennial chokers with one having to actually win. But no doubt once cheater one and cheater two return to Australia they will get it together and win again, like they do every non sub continent world cup.
