Regarding handball they now ask the referee to consider the proximity of the potential offender to the person last playing the ball, the speed of the ball and importantly whether the offender's arms are in a natural or unnatural position.

So the question of intent is now, did the offender deliberately place his arms in an unnatural position to increase the chances of the ball hitting him?
how many football games have you watched in the last few years? That is a standard call

I pretty much agree with this. I would have absorbed all the vig taking Colombia, but I'm not taking them at 2.0 when they are really like 2.5 according to the market.

It really isn't ridiculous. It is the quintessential handball debate about whether a raised arm constitutes intent or not.

tough to be down 2-0 after that half

not shocked to be down 2-0, but undeserved to be all but out of this game after playing half decent

Obviously this. I agree it's not a peno but pretty standard to see it called

and this does not mean "arms outside the body" as you said. Your hands exist, naturally, outside of your body. Yedlin's arms are allowed to exist.

yedlin had one arm at his side and another covering his face. To say he was increasing the chances of his hands hitting the ball by covering is face is really dumb. This is literally the type of handball the call fifa was trying to end.
