Not really. McGregor wasn't really defending himself and Floyd had connected with a number of power punches. McGregor was going down in at most 10 seconds.

Yeah I’m pretty sure this was his game plan. He let him come after him and once he got to 7 round he was gassed.

Not shocked at the result but the fight was a lot better than I thought, one of the more enjoyable May fights I've seen.

Also anyone saying quick stoppage...Floyd was hitting Conor at will and there was still 2 and a half rounds left. Conor was spent he was gonna get hurt bad. Had to be stopped.
