Wait, this is for 2018, like next year, like the kids who still have to play their senior year in high school?

Sorry; I totally misunderstood. YOU PEOPLE ARE SICK!
06-13-2017 , 02:07 PM

De La Haye has made 41 videos that show his daily life, including what it is like to be a student-athlete. Because he has over 50,000 subscribers, he was able to make money off ads placed on his videos. At issue is NCAA bylaw 12.4.4, which states an athlete "may establish his or her own business, provided the student-athlete's name, photograph, appearance or athletics reputation are not used to promote the business."

I haven't heard anything like this. I don't take recruiting rankings in June very seriously

This was surprising to learn: Of active HCs only 4 have nattys, Saban, Dabo, Urban, Jimbo.

Gus Malzahn? But I guess he doesn't count since he was only the OC at the time

And it is one pick play away from being a 3 man list.

Too soon

Baker Mayfield is finally getting his punishment for trying to evade his arrest.

He gets 35 hours of community service and some alcohol classes. Surprised there is no opening game suspension against whoever scrub team OU is playing. Or even just the first half.

UTEP with @ Ohio State week 2.

Not scrub enough, I guess.

I look forward to seeing the same* outrage about his lack of punishment as we see when it's a black athlete escaping punishment

*Well, ok, no outrage. Whatevs

Is "trying to evade his arrest" another way of saying "getting brutally bodyslammed in a parking lot by a bouncer"? Or are these separate incidents?

If so I'll go with "been punished enough".
06-15-2017 , 04:49 PM
Separate, I thought

Saw video of him acting all chill with two cops, like yeah I'm cooperating, sorry for hitting that girl, and then their backs turn for a second and he runs off like a cartoon

Oh OK. Good then? Sorta?

The baker mayfield bouncer body slam video I posted may or may not have actually been him. It's debatable. The one of him talking to the cops and sprinting and then getting slammed into the wall is the real deal

Insight on the Nick Saban "ass-chewing" of Lane Kiffin last year

http://www.dmbreport.com/2017/06/new...f-lane-kiffin/

Quote:
AL.com’s Creg Stephenson obtained an advanced copy of the Savage book, “4th & Goal Every Day: Alabama’s Relentless Pursuit of Perfection,” and shared this nugget in a Monday article:

Savage writes that Kiffin said into his headset “dumb players make dumb plays,” which all the Crimson Tide coaches heard. Saban snapped back with “no, dumb offensive coordinators call dumb plays.” There were probably a few expletives left out.

The iPhone is 10 years old today, which means no UT victory over Alabama has ever been documented on an iPhone.
06-29-2017 , 01:55 PM
Countless episodes of butt chugging have surely been documented via iPhone video.

No mention of California boycotting state travel to various red states over bathroom policy? Does it apply to bowl and playoffs?
