Malik Zaire is transferring to Florida and pending a decision on a rule change in the SEC, could play this year. Seems strange if he chose Florida without some inside knowledge that the rule is going to change allowing him to play

If he transfers, Florida should be a legit contender next year.

Edit: Looks like he's only transferring there if they change the rule, which I guess people are saying is likely

But is he even better than Felipe?

What's the rule?

Apparently in the SEC, if you have a previous Grad transfer fail a class, than you're banned from having a grad transfer the next 2 years. It's something along those lines

Little did I know how serious we take our academics

Would be our best QB since Tim Tebow by a wide margin

Zaire graduated so I don't think there is an NCAA rule. Does the SEC have some archaic rule as they have so few graduates?

You are terrible at reading

would be hilarious if Franks insta transfers
06-02-2017 , 02:03 PM
Ehh I mean Franks has to know this is a 1 year thing, still gets 3 years after this.

That would make me sad though
06-02-2017 , 02:09 PM
It's not out of the realm of possibility that Franks winds up the starter this year anyway. UF has a pretty favorable schedule compared to most years and a lot is going to be expected of them/Malik. If he doesn't deliver...

The last Brian Kelly Refugee started about 6 games for for FSU but got pulled. Turned out the team was meh though.

Bob Stoops is retiring

this seems like its coming out of left-field, I wonder what happened

Timing is just so weird. They have a great team this year, he's still young. Couldve at least faked some heart palpitations if he wanted out to make it a little more believable.

Hopefully they name the kid "Boomer" regardless of gender and Billy Sims is the godfather.
