I haven't posted much this year... Today was a classic. I witnessed whatever that was in the Browns game. Thought it was the worst thing I'd ever witnessed. In its own right it always will be. For whatever the reason was - play call from the sidelines or Kizer being allowed to make the decision at the line to call that play and no one telling him he's out of his mind. But then...

The Bears fumble was brought to my attention. I saw it live. I had that tv muted. Then I see on Twitter Fox was the one that challenged it - not McCarthy - big shocker there. In its own right, this will never be topped either

It's a pretty big mistake. Let's say fg is made 100% of the time, what % of the time does Ole Miss score & then win in OT? Let's say 20 & 50%, meaning you're giving Ole Miss ~10% to win by kicking. Even if you assign Ole Miss the same exact chance of scoring (20%) from the half yard line as you do after receiving a kick off (which is obviously ridiculous), A&M only has to be 50% to score a TD for going for it to be roughly breakeven.

Put more simply, Ole Miss is wayyy more likely to score starting from the ~25 and then win in OT than they are to stop A&M from getting 1/2 a yard and then go 99.5 yards in 2 minutes with no timeouts.

Last night I watched a team lose kicker to injury. They converted a 4th & 5 and 3/4 2-pt conversions. The one they 'missed' was a strip fumble Ertz as he was going into the EZ. I'll die before a team ever goes for 2 (4) times in one NFL game again.

Sean McDermott should be fired from the NFL for what happened yesterday.

Back to the 2-point conversions. Why do these idiotic coaches ALWAYS run on 2nd & 2 from every part of the field except on 2-point conversions???
