Too bad Lavar specified "NBA" in that statement. Seems like a perfect Lavar thing to do that months down the line when he's interviewed and someone asks him about Liangelo he'd say, "Oh boy he is ready, ready for the NFL draft! LAVAR DIDN'T SAY NO "NBA" [does the air quotes] DRAFT!" Then he'd tap his head and smile knowingly at the genius he occasionally shares with us.

I know it is not possible but Lavar should just let the kid live his life. Let him go to college on his package deal scholarship and come off the bench in scrub time. Lavar needs to let go at some point and generally the 18-20, college freshman is that time. Time to ruin the life of mop-top son.

Heard some stuff on Jalen Rose's show (so totally unverified) that the team's arena seats 1700, some US player was just on the team for a month and the coach didn't play him because they couldn't communicate, and that the Balls salary is somewhere around $4K and they didn't say if that's monthly or total or what.
