of course a significantly more likely penalty than the newcastle one is immediately cleared as not a pen by VAR.
the consistency is amazing.
I had no problem with them awarding a pen for the one in the Newcastle game yesterday, I wouldn't have but the decision is at least defendable if soft as anything. The issue is that the young Newcastle kid did exactly the same thing earlier in the game and no pen was given. It's either both or neither
