Yes the main thing for me with sportsbetting isnt money because I dont think my ev is very high.
Im probably a bit better than breakeven sportsbetting but after Arsenal was out of the title race I wanted to make the premier league interesting to me.
I was pretty bored of the premier league actually thats why I did bet a substantial amount on Manchester which seemed like a +ev bet to me

And I have to say that it was awesome.
The Manchester comeback against villa for example was so exciting

hahahaha did u have to post that

Some related info:

-Arsenal are actually unbeaten at home in Europe for five years. Their last defeat was 24 matches ago in April 2004 when they lost 2-1 at home to Chelsea in the quarter final second leg.

-The home side will surely gain confidence this evening from the fact that Man Utd have won just one of their last 10 visits to Arsenal.

I WANT IT TO BE 9:45 ALREADY.....

I'm signing up as a temporary Arsenal fan. Hello everyone.

Manu winning isn't a disaster either tho IF Barca gets there as well.

Can you clarify that stat? For example, does that cover situations like today where Arsenal can win the leg, but lose the tie?

Are you sure? If Arsenal wins CL, 'pool fans lose 95% of their "witty comeback" material against the Gunners.

btw if you look back at the last few years in championsleague almost all our games in the knockout stage were super close and super intense.

Dont expect it to be much different today

Robin scoring 2 goals very early 8th and 12th minute.
Scholes hitting a screamer in the 78th minute to make it 2-1.

Fabregas winning us the tie in the 85th BOOOOOOMMMM

I'm still sure. Besides, if the final is Arsenal-Barca, I believe Arsenal will get utterly raped to the tune of 6-0 or similar.

that dance is definitely not fruity. I like it when the whole team or most of it, get in on a goal celebration.

We have to start him and just hope a Keane-like situation doesn't happen. if we were up 2-0 or 3-0 then I say have him on the bench, but the tie is way too close right now to not have him starting

Want to see RVP in real striker role.
He doesnt work really good in the hole and would be a waste there.

If RVP cant start we will have to play a 4-4-1-1

Sagna - Toure - Djourou - Gibbs
- - - - - - - - Song - - - - - - -

Walcott - - - - - - - - - Nasri- -
- - - - - - Diaby/Bendtner - - - -

honestly, with that first formation, I could see us ripping a hole through your center as walcott and nasri can be shut down on the wings. Vidic and Rio should be able to mark out RVP and Ade in that formation

What you think ?

FYP. I'd like to see Rooney more in the middle and I think that carrick's passing will be key as well as his defending to let Ronny, Rooney, Tevez, and Anderson attack at will with Evra providing runs and service up the left side

Oski, i think they're based on 1 match not the whole tie.

I was semi-confident then i read these:

Manchester United are unbeaten in the Champions League, home or away, for an incredible two years. The last team to beat them were AC Milan in the semi-final second leg two years ago. The Rossoneri thumped the Red Devils 3-0, with goals from Kaka, Clarence Seedorf and Alberto Gilardino.

Arsenal have a poor record of comebacks in Europe. During their history, of the eight times they have lost in the first leg of a knockout game, only once have they then gone through. This was against Hajduk Split, 30 years ago.

United will go through tonight if they keep a clean sheet, and they have not conceded a goal away in a knockout tie for four matches. Roma, Barcelona, Inter and Porto all failed to score at home.

cashy I think you are focusing on offense too much in your formations. If Arsenal concede a goal they are basically ****ed no matter who they play (not saying you can't score 3 against us but obviously it's not likely), so if I were Wenger I would go for a more defensive approach with Song and Denilson playing DM, Cesc playing deeper and actually try to win the midfield battle because if we can own the midfield like last week then you have very little chance imo.
