I think he's making a bid for the GOAT QB rookie season. Probably have an off week one of the next two after that performance today. He's made a laughing stock team respectable while posting sick numbers, no doubt.

edit: Yes Knicks is short for Knickerbockers which was a term to describe New Yorkers in the early 1900s. However it's still a true "nickname" and it has a good ring to it: New York Knicks.

I was thinking that earlier today. If he takes a former laughing stock to the playoffs, that must be MVP even if not best player. I see the Texans o/u wins was 5.5. Long way to go but so far pretty remarkable. Was actually bummed that he threw that second pick today.

Based on the semi against UGA I thought he would start running much more. Just re-watched it. He handled the Georgia pressure ball protection and throw aways very well. Also his 2-minute offense was great. Looking sweet.
