Obviously they are bringing one that can't fly and has been rehabilitated...any that can fly must be released back into the wild where they belong, soaring high over the land looking down on FREEDOM

As the zoo page says:

Yeah my hometown zoo has a big cage with probably a half dozen bald eagles that would otherwise be dead to to various injuries. They still strut around and squawk at the wolf and snow fox exhibits like badasses though.
