BTW, saying he's better than Izzy is like saying Lidge is great because he's better than a rec league player. You certainly aren't going to get any Cardinal fans upset because, unlike you, we've come to terms with the fact that our closer is unreliable.

That is very shortsighted. Maybe one pitcher has simply pitched in a bunch of three run games and given up one or two runs in those games but still received the save hence the high save percentage and high ERA.
