There is an explanation. The 'accident' didn't happen the way we were told. I am still dubious that she was even on motorcycle. Ridiculous for her to settle so low. Her life is ruined, why not go after a million plus payout..

looks like more Petrino lying. They are hard to make out, but it seems like he says the relationship was over by the time the accident happened, whereas she could see it continuing. He also gave her cash moniez on five or six different occasions.
