Rämö with a shutout (1-0) in the third KHL final to put Oms up 2-1. Now if the Flames can get Omsk´s coatch Summanen they can start planning the parade instantly. Summanen is a real psycho, would give Tortorella a run for his money.

ok, so maybe Grigorenko is a gutless, heartless Commie after all...

getting pozzed by next year's #1 pick it sounds like (Sid 2.0).

also interesting is that another projected top pick for 2013 (as high as 2nd maybe?) is the son of former NBA player Popeye Jones.

big 6'4" D-man, and maybe still growing?

and a top projected pick for 2014 (maybe #1) is yet another son of former NHLer Paul Reinhart. oldest son Max was picked 64th by the Flames in 2010, middle son Griffin is probable 1st and possible top-10 pick this year, and youngest Sam could be as high as #1 in 2014. move over Sutters & Staals, Paul Reinhart's got some good genes i guess...

[x] confirmed

lost Game 7, blew the 3-0 series lead

Grigorenko with 0 points in the series? MacKinnon with 3 more points tonight.

Pat Roy available for hire also, as his season is now over.

Wangzzzz up in this bitch

bye Stuart, Homer. Hudler has proven his worth I think but what kind of money is he gonna want. Resign Helm. Will have to resign Quincey for bodies. Abdelkader don't care either way.

Ericsson contract is so awful.

Need Lidstrom to come back next year or our D will be absolutely awful.

need a top 6 forward and top pair D man

Perfect summary. Absolutely ridiculous that Stuart was chasing the puck around on every critical goal in the series. Way to play yourself out of town. I guess he wants to be in California anyway. -6 in 5 games is pretty impressive when neither team can break past 3 goals a game.

rumour i heard re: Suter which i will most def quote later if it turns out to be correct is...

Spoiler:
i guess he and Tom Gilbert are br0s (played one year together at Wisconsin), so perhaps that was a factor behind the Schultz-Gilbert deal at the deadline. Minnesota will perhaps make a big push for him this summer? they do have a lot of cap room...

but yeah, he'll definitely have his pick of teams, wouldn't be stunned to see him stay in Nashville, especially if they continue to do really well in the playoffs here.

If either suter or weber leave nashville, it's 100% edmonton that gets one.

No way. We have 20 mill in cap space. If either leave, they likely wear our sweater.

I fully expect Minnesota to be a major player in both the Suter and Parise sweepstakes.
