pointzzzzzz!!!!!!

Plus/minus is far perfect which is I said it wasn't the end all, but to act like it isn't an indicator of a player's overall ability is just stupid.

Fair enough. I probably only missed no more than 5 total. Homerism aside, Chara beasted this year. Seems clear I won't be changing your opinion so I'll leave it be..good for Karlsson.

Plus/minus is terrible and has no business being a standard stat.

Karlsson deserved the Norris imo. Chara had a great year but the award belonged to Karlsson.

Dreger saying that Garrison could command $5mil per for 5 years.

Hopefully he's better at predicting free agent contracts than he is at predicting vezina winners

Is Karlsson the first ever Norris winner who can't skate backwards?

Re: NHL Offseason 2012 Thread

Also, since spoilers seem to be the theme du jour and I haven't given you guys a personal TR in a while...I'm taking this girl out next week, after what seemed like weeks of aggravation. Pretty sure I posted a pic of her before; we know each other from uni and we've tried to meet up since her school year ended but nothing's worked until now.

Gentlemen, do we approve?

I think Chara was clearly third place.

Re: NHL Offseason 2012 Thread

One of these has to pan out sometime.

Was just telling SeaWeiss that the last girl I took out a couple weeks ago was really cute, very down to earth, big Jays and Leafs fan and I thought I was about to get locked in again...until she said she "didn't think we had all that much in common" and declined my follow up date. Ouch. So who knows!
