yeah, must be the lockout...

guess it wouldn't surprise you to hear that i considered omitting that part bc it felt off to give them any praise

but seriously, from what i saw it was pretty obvious. he scored one goal with great ease, rang another shot off the crossbar, was almost literally skating circles around the opposition. i was thinking it before Blowen & Millen mentioned it, he was dominating, and the best player out there.

yeah i have to admit, i don't always find them to be the most objective team ever, but they did point out that one of the calls against Rochester was clearly BS. good for them, you don't see that every day.

Ran into John Erskine at a bar Saturday night. I commented that I had heard he was playing men's league div 1 here in town. He either said his team sucked, or he did. So, I offered him a spot on my div 2 team. he didn't take it

Goddammit I have a great TR if I ever find the time to post it but I am so ****ing swamped with work, I doubt I'll get it posted anytime soon.

But the cliffs are brilliant:

- Went to one of my best friend's birthday kegger that Flyers Girl ended up at
- Got in the same hot tub as Flyers Girl
- Hooked up with another girl 5 feet away from Flyers Girl in said hot tub
- Flyers Girl left hot tub, I stayed with said girl
- ?????????
- Profit

in other news, apparently BryzLOLov is getting paid in vodka over in the KHL

and lol Geddy, but rumours are saying that JD is getting ready to take over the Blue Jackets, not the Flames. i think i know what his favourite colour is...

also, EA is simming the season, if you really need a hockey fix, lol

Friends of Driving Play,

If there is any hockey-related idea you'd like to see written about, discussed, lol'd at, or set on fire and carried through the streets of Vancouver, please remember that suggestions are always welcome! Otherwise, we now return to your regularly scheduled Geddy Lee Show.

nah, the KANGZ used up all their run hot last year

if they ever play this year, they might suffer a single significant injury, or not sure a SHG/game in the playoffs, or something...

plus they're due for some team-related meltdown, has Doughty declared it "his team" yet? can't be long before Quick is forced to enter rehab, Bitchards sleeps with someone's wife, Carter quits again, etc.

Easy one. Instruct the team how to sign up for 2+2 and direct them to the hockey threads.
